Know where your coffee comes from

This coffee was produced by farmer Fernando Cordero and processed by our dear friend Luis Campos.

We have roasted this coffee in two different ways: both for espresso and filter. Check out our espresso section to buy the espresso roast.

Luis Campos was the first man to try the Anaerobic process. He's still experimenting with new fermentation processes everyday.The owner of a dry and wet mill, he processes coffee for multiple producers in the region. He also has his own coffee plantation. Together with smallholders from the region he creates delicious coffees for us to enjoy.
