Know where your coffee comes from
We started buying coffee from Peru in 2019, from a lovely lady named Ludmila. Ludmila is part of a cooperative that sells coffee from a lot of producers who only produce little quantities of coffee (as it is the case in many countries of origin). Katrien visited the cooperative and farmers in 2019 before buying the coffee, as always.
This coffee comes from the the finca El Santuario, which is one of the fincas that works through the cooperative of Ludmila.
Process: washed
Town: San Ignacio – Cajamarca region.
How it’s roasted
This coffee is roasted for espresso. Taste notes are: cane sugar, melon, round, medium acidity, sweet.
This bag contains 250 grams of coffee roasted with passion.
