Know where your coffee comes from
This beautiful coffee comes from the Worka village in Yirgacheffe. In this village we visited the Hayili washing station where 5000 to 6000 small producers come together to deliver their best cherries.
This coffee is washed and the cherries are fermented for 48/72 hours within clean cement tanks. The parchment is then dried for 14 to 18 days.
How it’s roasted
We roasted this Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Hayili coffee for filter. Expect a very easy drinkable filter coffee with a medium acidity and a juicy mouthfeel; notes of yellow and stone fruits and a hint of bergamot.
350 grams of love.
