A delicious Ethiopian coffee from the little village Boji in the Kochere region (around 25km from Yirgacheffe). We visited this village in februari 2019 during the harvest period. The combination of the fertile red brown clay soil, high altitude and the local heirloom coffee varietals gives this coffee it’s typical fully washed Ethiopian personalty.
Roasted for filter. This coffee has notes of apricot, an aftertaste of bergamot and a medium acidity.
