We visited the washing station Uraga Gomoro in the southern part of Ethiopia during the harvest period this year. When we arrived at the washing station, they were still busy with harvesting and processing the cherries. They dried the cherries with the fruit (natural) and send us the samples to try for the first time. We were very happy to discover that their hard work at the washing station had some delicious coffees as a result.
We roasted this natural Ethiopia for espresso: very deep and intense red fruit (raspberry) and a high acidity.
