This coffee comes from Samuel, he is the person we buy our Walichu Wachu coffee from as well. This coffee comes from the Halo Beriti washing station in Beriti Village, Yirgacheffe. You might know Yirgacheffe by name, since it is a famous coffee region in Ethiopia. Tom went to visit this washing station in January of 2021.

How it’s roasted
This coffee is roasted for espresso. It’s a creamy coffee with the freshness of red fruits and a medium acidity. A very easy going Ethiopian espresso, we highly recommend to give this one a go!
