Costa Rica – Luis Campos Natural Anaerobic


Luis Campos is becoming a regular coffee farmer we love to work with. We visited Luis in Costa Rica this year and we were very impressed with his installations for anaerobic fermentation.

By fermenting ripe coffee cherries in an airtight stainless steel container he can naturally manipulate the coffee to produce some amazing flavors of cinnamon and ripe fruits (green apple).

Roasted for espresso, this coffee is for the adventures coffee lover! With notes of cinnamon, green apple and a medium acidity.
