Know where your coffee comes from
In Colombia we are working together with a number of farms. One of them is located in Huila, in the Agustin department (which when you ever plan to go to Colombia is a must-go, it is a real paradise). The farm is named La Suma and the owner is Fernando Zuniga. He has 2.5ha of coffee. The main crop is in November, December. This coffee just arrived now with us, freshly. The variety they grow is Catillo and Caturra. Next to coffee they also grow Avocado and fruit trees.
