Japanese Sencha

Tea which is drunk most in Japan. The leaves, mostly young leaves, are processed directly after the picking.

This means 20 - 30 seconds braised and with constant hot air shaken and dried untill they look like green needles.

Sencha has a typical spicy taste, but is suprissing by a somewhat sweet taste.

 

Steeping time: max. 2 minutes
