Not the first time we have a coffee from the Mendez Ramires family from the mountains of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. They keep surprising us with their very special coffees!
Only the ripe cherries are picked and immediately pulped on the same day. Fermented in cement tanks, the beans are dried on patios after washing.
A round body, sweet hazelnuts and lots of citric acidity.
Roasted for filter.
