Natural processed or dry processed is the traditional Ethiopian way of processing a coffee cherrie into a dry coffee bean. By drying the beans inside the coffee cherrie before depulping, the coffee will have a more fruity and full body. Thanks to the dry weather conditions, Ethiopian naturals are very popular in todays coffee scene!
