Step 1: weigh 15gr of freshly ligth roasted coffee and grind it medium coarse. Put the Aeropress on a cup, put the paperfilter in it and rinse with hot wter. Put the grinded coffee in the middle.
Step 2: Boil the water and let it cool down until 82°C to 85°C. Poor some hot water on the grinds just to wet all grinds. This is called blooming. Let the coffee bloom for 20 to 30 secs.
Step 3: Continue pooring hot water until the top. Wait for 30 secs and push slowly down. Stop when 90% of the water has passed to prevent bitters going into your brew.
Step 4: Sit back, relax and enjoy a great cup of specialty coffee!
