Sage Barista Touch Impress

The Sage Barista Touch Impress helps you make the perfect espresso. The Impress Puck system gives you full control over the pressing of the coffee, making you feel like a real barista.

Perfect dosage and tamping
One of the most difficult steps while preparing espresso is the correct dosage and tamping of the ground coffee. Fortunately, the Impress Puck system supports you in this. You manually press the coffee with the lever on the left side, which adds to the authentic barista experience. The machine provides a constant pressing force of 10kg with a 7˚ turn, ensuring a professional puck.

Thanks to intelligent dosing, the machine learns continuously and automatically adjusts the dosage based on the previous grind and press results. As a result, you always get the perfect dose.

Intuitive touch screen and barista support
With the intuitive touchscreen and barista support, you can brew your favourite coffee in three steps. Choose the grind, preparation method and milk type, and receive real-time feedback via the 'Barista Guidance'. You can easily adjust intensity, temperature and milk texture via the intuitive touchscreen and save up to 8 personalised drinks, each with their own name.

ThermoJet
ThermoJet technology ensures the espresso machine reaches the optimal extraction temperature within 3 seconds, so you can enjoy your coffee quickly.

Perfect grind and dosage
The bean hopper has a 250g capacity and the water tank 2 litres. With 30 different grinding settings and a built-in grinder with cone-shaped grinding elements, you can accurately set the grind level. The ground coffee falls directly into your portafilter (of 54mm) and then the Impress Puck system ensures its ideal dosage and pressing.

Precise espresso extraction
The Barista Touch Impress also has a pre-brew function. This involves pouring the coffee over with water before brewing to release the maximum amount of flavour compounds. The PID or electronic temperature control ensures that your water gets exactly the right temperature, around 93ºC.

Auto MilQ
The automatic steam wand and Auto MilQ system make it easy to froth milk for cappuccinos or flat whites. Suitable for oat, almond, soy and plain milk, the system creates silky-smooth microfoam, ideal for latte art. All you have to do is fill the milk jug with the milk you want, place it under the steam nozzle and choose the type of milk on your screen. The steam wand does the rest,
