The Sage Barista Express Impress helps you brew the perfect espresso. Thanks to the Impress Puck system, you'll quickly develop your barista skills.
Perfect dosage and tamping
The Impress Puck system assists with one of the trickiest parts of espresso brewing: dosing and tamping. You manually press the coffee with the lever on the side, giving an authentic barista experience. The machine always presses the coffee with a force of 10kg, ensuring consistency.
The bean hopper holds 250g of beans and the water tank has a 2-litre capacity. With 25 adjustable grind settings, you can grind the coffee exactly to your liking. The built-in grinder grinds the beans evenly in the portafilter (54mm), the Impress Puck system then ensures the ideal dosage.
Precise espresso extraction
The pre-infusion function moistens the ground coffee first, releasing more aroma. Electronic temperature control (PID) ensures the right water temperature for precise espresso extraction.
Milk texturing with microfoam
For cappuccino or flat white use the advanced steam nozzle, which produces a powerful 130ºC steam and creates quick, silky microfoam.
The design
The machine has durable parts and a sturdy Black truffle stainless steel body with non-slip feet, making it stable on your countertop and beautiful to look at. It is also available in stainless steel and black stainless.
